Introduction
PTPN7 performs specifically on tyrosine-phosphorylated MAPK1. PTPN7 takes part in the regulation of signal transduction and T and B-lymphocyte development.

A single polypeptide chain containing 384 amino acids (1-360) and having a molecular mass of 43.1 kDa. PTPN7 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.

Formulation: The PTPN7 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
