Introduction
PSMG4 is a chaperone protein that enhances assembly of the 20S proteasome. PSMG4 cooperates with alpha and beta subunits of the 20S proteasome and with PSMG3 but disconnects when the POMP is recruited before the formation of half-proteasomes.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids (1-123 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.9 kDa. PSMG4 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: PSMG4 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
