Introduction
Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 4 (PIN4) is a peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (PPIase) which interacts with NIMA and is vital for cell cycle regulation. PIN4 has 2 different isoforms: PAR14 and PAR17. Furthermore, Pin4 protein binds to double-stranded DNA under physiological salt conditions.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 176 amino acids (1-156 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.8 kDa. PIN4 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Specific activity is > 300 nmoles/min/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that cleaves 1umole of suc-AAFP-pNA per minute at 25? in Tris-Hcl pH8.0 using chymotrypsin.
Purity: > 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: PIN4 solution (1 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 1 mM DTT and 0.1 mM PMSF.
