Introduction
PECR is the main enzyme for a projected peroxisomal chain elongation pathway and is primarily expressed in kidney and liver.

Source: E. coli-derived.
A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 327 amino acids (1-303) and having a molecular mass of 35.1 kDa. PECR is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The PECR solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15 M NaCl, 2 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
