Introduction
PDCL3 belongs to the phosducin-like protein family which its members are known to bind to the beta-gamma subunits of G proteins. PDCL3 is a potential regulator of heterotrimeric G proteins and has a large amino acid sequence homology with phosducin.

Recombinant Human Phosducin-like protein 3 (PDCL3) Protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 262 amino acids (1-239) and having a molecular mass of 30.0 kDa. Recombinant Human Phosducin-like protein 3 (PDCL3) Protein is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: >90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The PDCL3 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl and 10% glycerol.
