Introduction
NME3-a potential suppressor of metastasis, is expressed significantly less in highly metastatic cells than in cells with lower metastatic potential. NME3-a is vital for the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates and has a part in apoptosis induction and hematopoiesis and is mainly expressed during early stages of myeloid differentiation of highly purified CD34+ cells.

Recombinant Human NME3 protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 169 amino acids (22-169.a.a) and having a molecular mass of 19.1 kDa. NME3 protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The NME3 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1 M NaCl, 2 mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
