Introduction
MYL7 protein is an atrial isoform of myosin regulatory light chain 2 (MYL2). Myosin is a hexamer containing 4 light chains and 2 heavy chains. MYL7 is mainly expressed in adult atrial muscle.

Recombinant Human MYL7 protein is a single polypeptide chain containing 199 amino acids (1-175) and having a molecular mass of 22.0 kDa. MYL7 protein is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The MYL7 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
