Introduction
Measles, also known as rubeola, caused by a virus, specifically a paramyxovirus of the genus Morbillivirus. To date, 21 strains of the measles virus have been identified. Measles virus (MV) is an enveloped, nonsegmented negative-stranded RNA virus of the Paramyxoviridae family.

The protein contains the large polymerase immunodominant regions, 2059-2183 amino acids.
Purity > 95% as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.
Formulation: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 60 mM NaCl, 10 mM glutathione, 0.1% sarcosil and 50% glycerol.
Applications: ELISA, WB.
