Introduction
MSRB2 is a member of the methionine sulfoxide reductases(MSRs) family which are antioxidant repair enzymes. MSRB2 protein catalyzes the decrease of free and protein-bound methionine sulfoxide to methionine. MSRB2 has a part in protecting against oxidative stress in numerous organs.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 183 amino acids (21-182a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.5 kDa.

Formulation: The MSRB2 protein solution (1 mg/1 ml) is formulated in In 20 mM Tris-HCl Buffer (pH 7.5), 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF and 10% Glycerol.
