BP003318: Mouse BID Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse BID Protein, (amino acids Ala1-Ser195) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse BID protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 22.72 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 33.06 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse BID Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
