Introduction
Glycoprotein 100 (gp100) is a melanoma-associated antigen which carries immunogenic epitopes that are able to induce a CTL response against tumor cells. Antibody to melanoma gp100 is widely used in pathology due to its specificity and sensitivity in identifying melanocytic tumors.
