Introduction
Lysophospholipase-like protein 1 (LYPLAL1) is a member of the AB hydrolase 2 family. LYPLAL1 doesn? exhibit phospholipase nor triacylglycerol lipase activity, able to hydrolyze only short chain substrates as a result of its shallow active site.

A single polypeptide chain containing 261 amino acids (1-237) and having a molecular mass of 28.9 kDa. LYPLAL1 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.

Formulation: The LYPLAL1 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15 M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
