Introduction
LRG1 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, which have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. The LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.

Source: Human pooled serum-derived.
The Human LRG1 produced from human pooled serum has a molecular mass of 34.35kDa (calculated without glycosylation) containing 312 amino acid residues.
Formulation: LRG1 protein filtered (0.4 um) and lyophilized from 20 mM Tris and 20 mM NaCl, pH 7.5.
Reconstitution: It is recomended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Applications: Cell culture, ELISA, Immunological methods, WB.
