Reactivity: Human.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminal of human JAK2.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Form of Antibody: Lyophilized. Each vial contains 5 mg BSA, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4, 0.05 mg Thimerosal, 0.05 mg NaN332.
Reconstitution: Add 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 ug/ml.
Isotype: Rabbit IgG.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
