Introduction
Isocitrate dehydrogenase [NAD] subunit gamma (IDH3G) mitochondrial is a member of the isocitrate and isopropylmalate dehydrogenases family. Isocitrate dehydrogenases catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate. The IDH3G is a gamma subunit of one isozyme of isocitrate dehydrogenase which belongs to a distinct subclass, which utilizes NAD(+) as the electron acceptor, and is restricted to the mitochondrial matrix.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 375 amino acids (40-393) and having a molecular mass of 41.1 kDa. IDH3G is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The IDH3G solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 50% glycerol, 0.2 M NaCl, 5 mM DTT and 2 mM EDTA.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
