Source: The recombinant Human TRAIL R2/DR5/TNFRSF10B Protein, (amino acids Ile56-Glu182) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human TRAIL R2/DR5/TNFRSF10B protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 41.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Trail protein with the C-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human TRAIL R2 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TRAIL R2/DR5/TNFRSF10B Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human TRAIL R2/DR5/TNFRSF10B Protein, (amino acids Ile56-Glu182) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human TRAIL R2/DR5/TNFRSF10B protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-25 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TRAIL R2 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-TRAIL R2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
