Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human TRAIL R1/DR4/TNFRSF10A Protein, (amino acids Pro34-Asn239) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human TRAIL R1/DR4/TNFRSF10A protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 24.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-30 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TRAIL protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human TRAIL R1 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.31 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.315 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human TRAIL R1/DR4/TNFRSF10A Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
