BP003070: Human LY6E Protein with the C-mFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human LY6E Protein, (amino acids Leu21-Ser101) fused with a mFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human LY6E protein with the mFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 34.15 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human LY6E protein with the C-mFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-LY6E Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 10.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human LY6E Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human LY6E Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
