BP003567: Human LIF Protein with No Tag

Source: The recombinant Human LIF Protein, (amino acids Ser23-Phe202) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human LIF Protein has a predicted MW of 19.86 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized Human LIF, No tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human LIF R, His tag with the EC50 of 0.30 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human LIF Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human LIF Protein, (amino acids Ser23-Phe202) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human LIF Protein has a predicted MW of 19.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human LIF at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human LIF R, hFc tag with the EC50 of 55.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human LIF protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 46.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
