BP005260: Human IL-27RA/TCCR Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-27RA/TCCR Protein, (amino acids Gly34-Lys516) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-27RA/TCCR protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 79.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-120 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-27 RA protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-27 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 55.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 3.58 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-27RA/TCCR Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human IL-27RA/TCCR Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
