BP003947: Human IL-23R Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-23R Protein, (amino acids Gly24-Gly355) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-23R protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 39.15 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-23R protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-23 alpha&IL-12 beta protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 2.75 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 5.72 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-23R Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
