Source: The recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&NY-ESO-1 (SLLMWITQC) Monomer Protein, (amino acids Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A*02:01), Ile21-Met119(B2M) and SLLMWITQC peptide) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&NY-ESO-1 (SLLMWITQC) Monomer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 35.6 kDa (HLA-A*02:01) and 11.9 kDa (B2M) same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-HLA-A*02:01&B2M&NY-ESO-1 (SLLMWITQC) Antibody protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&NY-ESO-1 (SLLMWITQC) Monomer protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 7.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&NY-ESO-1 (SLLMWITQC) Monomer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 50.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 51-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

The affinity constant of 13.43 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
