Source: The recombinant Human FGFR2 beta (IIIb) Protein, (amino acids Pro154-Leu358) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human FGFR2 beta (IIIb) protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 24 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FGFR2 beta (IIIb) protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-FGFR2 (IIIb) Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 18.91 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
