BP004338: Human CD28H/IGPR-1 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CD28H/IGPR-1 Protein, (amino acids Leu23-Gly150) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD28H/IGPR-1 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 15.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 42-52 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD28H protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human B7-H7 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 90.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD28H/IGPR-1 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human CD28H/IGPR-1 Protein, (amino acids Leu23-Gly150) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD28H/IGPR-1 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 40.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human B7-H7 protein with the C-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD28H protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.89 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 7.86 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
