BP005355: Human 2B4/CD244/SLAMF4 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human 2B4/CD244/SLAMF4 protein, (amino acids Cys22-Arg221) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human 2B4/CD244/SLAMF4 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 23.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human 2B4 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug /ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD48 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.34 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
