Recombinant Human HSPBAP1 protein fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 508 amino acids (1-488a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 57.3 kDa. The HSPBAP1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The HSPBAP1 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4).
