Immunogen: Anti-human HSP27 mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human HSP27 amino acids 1-205 purified from E. coli.
Purification: HSP27 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography.
Form of Antibody: 1 ug/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, & 0.1% Sodium Azide.
Clone: P2A5AT.
Isotype: Mouse IgG1.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
