BP005497: Human Nectin-4 Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human Nectin-4 Protein, (amino acids Gly32-Ser349) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human Nectin-4 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 61.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 72-74 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Nectin-4 protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Nectin-1 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 2.1 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 22.83 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human Nectin-4 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Nectin-4 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-Nectin-4 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
