BP004564: Mouse PTN Protein with the N-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse PTN Protein, (amino acids Gly33-Asp168) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse PTN protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 42.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 49-52 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse PTN Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Mouse PTN Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
