Introduction
GLYAT is a mitochondrial acyltransferase that conjugates glycine with acyl-CoA substrates in the mitochondria. GLYAT is vital to the detoxification of endogenous and xenobiotic acyl-CoA's.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 316 amino acids (1-296) and having a molecular mass of 36.0 kDa. The GLYAT is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus.
Purity:: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation:: GLYAT protein (0.5 mg/ml) is supplied in 20 mM Tris-HCL, pH-8, 1 mM DTT and 20% Glycerol.
