Introduction
GlsA1 is a member of the great superfamily of serine-dependent beta-lactamases and penicillin-binding proteins which exist almost in every bacteria and eukaryotes and catalyze the hydrolytic deamidation of l-glutamine to l-glutamate and free NH4+.

A single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 330 amino acids (1-310a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 35.0 kDa.
Purity: > 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The GLSA1 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1 M NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
