Introduction
GLIPR2 is linked to plant pathogenesis-related (PR-1) proteins, which are upregulated in reaction to pathogen attack. GLIPR2 is localized within lipid-enriched microdomains on the cytosolic side of the endomembrane system. GLIPR2 is closely attached to membranes and lacks the cytosol, though it lacks a membrane-spanning domain.

Recombinant human GLIPR2 Protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 174 amino acids (1-154) & having a molecular mass of 19.3 kDa. The GLIPR2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The GLIPR2 1 mg/ml protein contains 20 mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1 mM DTT, 0.1 M DTT and 10% Glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
