Introduction
Ras GTPase-activating protein-binding protein 2 (G3BP2) is restricted to the plasma membrane and endocytic compartments and controls a fast endocytic recycling pathway. G3BP2 may be a scaffold protein which might be involved in mRNA transport.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 473 amino acids (1-449) and having a molecular mass of 53.3 kDa. G3BP2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The G3BP2 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 30% glycerol, 0.2 M NaCl, 2 mM DTT and 0.1 mM PMSF.
