Introduction
?rizzled?gene family members encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins which are receptors for Wnt signaling proteins. The FZD1 protein includes a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain in the N-terminal extracellular region, 7 transmembrane domains, and a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif. The FZD1 transcript is expressed in the adult heart, placenta, lung, kidney, pancreas, prostate, and ovary and in the fetal lung and kidney.

Predicted molecular mass: 46 kDa.
The KD (equilibrium binding constant) of Human FZD1 was measured at less than 10 nM with human Wnt3a as the ligand. The measurements were performed by the ForteBio Octet optical biosensor instrument.
Purity > 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The protein was lyophilized without any additives.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized FZD1 in sterile 1xPBS not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
