A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 224 amino acids (25-227) and having a molecular mass of 24.5 kDa. FAM3C is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 90% by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The FAM3C solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 5 mM DTT, 0.2 M NaCl and 50% glycerol.
