Introduction
EXOSC5 is a member of the RNase PH family. EXOSC5 is known to cooperate with Exosome component 8 and Exosome component 1. EXOSC5 is a Non-catalytic component of the RNA exosome complex and has 3'->5' exoribonuclease activity. EXOSC5 take part in a large number of cellular RNA processing and degradation events. EXOSC5 is expressed in a large range of hematopoietic and epithelial tumor cell lines, but not in standard hematopoietic tissues or other standard tissue, with the exception of testis.

Recombinant Human EXOSC5 protein is a single polypeptide chain containing 256 amino acids (1-235) and having a molecular mass of 27.5 kDa. Recombinant Human EXOSC5 protein is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The EXOSC5 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains PBS buffer (pH 7.4), 200 mM Nacl, 2 mM DTT and 30% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
