Introduction
Endoplasmic reticulum protein 27kDa (ERP27) is a widely expressed protein which localizes to the ER and may act as a protease, protein disulfide isomerase, thiol-disulfide oxidase or phospholipase. ERP27 doesn contain a CXXC active site motif indicating that it is a catalytically redox-inactive member of the protein disulfide isomerase family.

Recombinant Human ERP27 protein fused with a 21 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 269 amino acids (26-273 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 30 kDa. Recombinant Human ERP27 protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The ERP27 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris buffer(pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 1 mM DTT.
