Introduction
Dynein light chain roadblock-type 2 (DYNLRB2) functions as one of several non-catalytic accessory components of the cytoplasmic dynein complex which are considered to be involved in linking dynein to cargos and to adapter proteins that regulate dynein function. Cytoplasmic dynein functions as a motor for the intracellular retrograde motility of vesicles and organelles along microtubules.

Recombinant Human DYNLRB2 protein fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 116 amino acids (1-96 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 13 kDa. Recombinant Human DYNLRB2 protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The DYNLRB2 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol, 0.1 M NaCl and 1 mM DTT.
