Introduction
DENR takes part in the translation of target mRNAs by scanning and recognizing the initiation codon. DENR protein is involved in the intonation of the translational profile of a subset of cancer-related mRNAs when engaged to the translational initiation complex by the oncogene MCTS1.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 218 amino acids (1-198) and having a molecular mass of 24.3 kDa. The DENR is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The DENR solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15 M NaCl, 2 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
