Introduction
Dysbindin domain-containing protein 1 (DBNDD1) is a member of the dysbindin family.

Source: E. coli-derived.
A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 182 amino acids (1-158 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 19.6 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). DBNDD1 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: DBNDD1 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 0.1 M NaCl and 1 mM DTT.
