Introduction
CSRP2 belongs to the CSRP family. CSRP2 holds 2 LIM zinc-binding domains that take part in regulatory processes essential for development and cellular differentiation. Additionally, CSRP2 is involved in the development of the embryonic vascular system.

A single polypeptide chain containing 217 amino acids (1-193) and having a molecular mass of 23.5 kDa. CSRP2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The CSRP2 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 200 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
