Introduction
Cysteine-rich PDZ-binding protein, also known as CRIPT, takes part in the cytoskeletal anchoring of DLG4 in excitatory synapses.

A single polypeptide chain containing 124 amino acids (1-101) and having a molecular mass of 13.7 kDa. CRIPT is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The CRIPT solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
