Introduction
CRCP is a ubiquitous coupling protein for the calcitonin gene-related peptide and adrenomedullin receptors. CRCP controls ligand sensitivity in several tissues and has DNA-directed RNA polymerase activity, catalytic activity and calcitonin receptor activity.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids (1-148) and having a molecular mass of 19.0 kDa. The CRCP is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The CRCP solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.1 M NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
