Introduction
CETN3 comprises of 4 EF-hand calcium binding domains, and is a part of the centrin protein family. CETN3 protein is widely expressed cytoskeletal components that demonstrate increased expression during cell differentiation. CETN3 takes part in centrosome reproduction.

Recombinant Human CETN3 is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 187 amino acids (1-167 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.7 kDa. CETN3 protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Human CETN3 0.5 mg/ml solution contains 20 mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 0.1 M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
