Introduction
Caltractin (CETN2) is a member of a family of calcium-binding proteins and is a structural component of the centrosome. CETN2 has a role in nucleotide excision repair via association with xeroderma pigmentosum group C protein, suggesting possible coupling of cell division and nucleotide excision repair.

Recombinant Human CETN2 fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids (1-172 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.9 kDa. The CETN2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The CETN2 solution (0.5 mg/ml) 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 0.1 M NaCl and 1 mM DTT.
