Introduction
CENPH is a member of the centromere protein H family. CENPH protein is a component of the CENPA-NAC (nucleosome-associated) complex which has a vital part in assembly of kinetochore proteins. The CENPA-NAC complex utilizes the CENPA-CAD (nucleosome distal) complex and is involved in integration of freshly synthesized CENPA into centromeres.

Recombinant Human CENPH is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 133 amino acids (136-247) and having a molecular mass of 15.5 kDa. The CENPH is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The CENPH solution (1 ug/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 10% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
