Introduction
Recombinant human CD274/B7-H1/PD-L1 produced by transfected human cell is a secreted protein with sequence(Phe19-Arg238) of human CD274/B7-H1/PD-L1 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 246 amino acids (19-239 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 27.6 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). CD274 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 85% by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: CD274 protein solution (1 ug/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.15 M NaCl.
