BP005591: Human SIRP alpha V8 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Human SIRP alpha V8 Protein, (amino acids Glu31-Arg369(S44L, S50T, I52T, H54R, V57A)) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human SIRP alpha V8 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 40.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-68 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human SIRP alpha V8 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD47 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human SIRP alpha V8 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
