Introduction
CCNB2 is a member of the cyclin family. CCNB2 is vital for regulation of the cell cycle at the G2/M (mitosis) transition. CCNB2 cooperates with the CDK1 protein kinase to create a serine/threonine kinase holoenzyme complex recognized as maturation promoting factor (MPF).

A single polypeptide chain containing 422 amino acids (1-398) and having a molecular mass of 47.9 kDa. CCNB2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.

Formulation: The CCNB2 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2 M NaCl, 5 mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
