Introduction
CCDC101 is known as a subunit of the SAGA (Spt-Ada-Gcn5 acetyltransferase) histone acetyltransferase complex in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. CCDC101 is conserved from yeast to humans.

A single polypeptide chain containing 313 amino acids (1-293) and having a molecular mass of 35.4 kDa. CCDC101 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.

Formulation: The CCDC101 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM Nacl, 1 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
